TA Instruments maintains a large staff of in-house Service Specialists trained in all aspects of instrument repair. The features and benefits of the Service Shop includes the following:
- Instruments may be returned to the Service Shop for repair to save travel cost, for more extensive repairs, or for upgrades not available in the field.
- The Service Shop is staffed by professionally trained, expert Service Specialists who are uniquely qualified to repair any of our instruments.
- Only quality TA parts are used.
- Once a problem is corrected, the Service Specialist will verify system operation.
Before returning equipment for service, please contact the service support for the evaluation of return, and the completed HEQ (Hazard Evaluation Questionnaire)should return with the equipment.
