Automatic fitting takes the hard work out of data modelling. Select from a comprehensive list of included models for both ITC and DSC datasets, click Start, and let NanoAnalyze do all the work. For a greater level of control, define your own models to precisely fit your experimental results. The intuitive interface provides full control over mathematical functions and fitting parameters, allowing you to define simple and complex models alike.


Statistics


Gain confidence in your data’s quality through statistical analysis. The NanoAnalyze Statistics feature provides the ability to easily calculate and visualize the accuracy of your model fitting results. Save time and automatically perform statistical trials after the model fitting completes or adjust individual trial parameters and perform the analysis separately, the choice is yours.


Reports

Easily prepare your data for presentation using the NanoAnalyze Report feature. Drag and drop elements, corresponding to various data file components, can be inserted into a familiar word processing workspace, allowing for clear and concise formatting of all experimental parameters. Once created, simply apply the complete format to any data file: automating analysis and relevant details to communicate your findings.

NanoAnalyze contains an advanced tool for the specialized analysis of data obtained from ITC instruments. Following the approaches outlined in the Michaelis-Menten and Lineweaver-Burk methods, you can quickly calculate the conversion of substrate to product and make informed predictions about your samples.

Data integrity is the overall completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data and processes during its entire lifecycle. This includes the steps involved in setting up and running experiments, as well as managing the data that is collected. ITCRun and DSCRun create secure files so you can rest easy knowing your data is safe.
