Who should watch?

Any existing customers with an active warranty or support plan looking for basic instrumental theory, calibration information, and/or diverse application examples. These lecture-based courses are offered for multiple product lines including thermal analyzers, microcalorimeters and rheometers. It is recommended that users have a minimum of two months experience using the instruments to get the most benefit from these courses.

If you are an existing support plan customer or have an active warranty and need additional information or help, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

If you are an existing customer but do not have an active support plan or your warranty has expired, you can view our support plans here.
