In addition to practical handling of the instruments, participants will also gain an insight into the theoretical principles of the measurement methods and demonstrate potential applications. The course combines theoretical and practical components.
Participants will first be introduced to the theory and structure of the systems through presentations. This is followed by a detailed discussion of the calibration procedures required to generate reliable, accurate data.
