• Construct, repair and alter structures such as walls, ceilings and office fixtures.
• Install building systems such as electrical circuits, compressed air and plumbing.
• Support production and engineering processes by installing wiring, plumbing and venting in manufacturing and labs.
• Assist in the managing of sub-contractors and service vendors on facility and equipment repairs.
• Work from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches.
• Dispose of chemicals, hazardous wastes and recyclables in compliance with all laws and regulations.

-Videographer/Producer – New Castle, DE

A current vacancy exists for a Videographer / Producer.

Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with the marketing team on storyboards, scripts, video shoots, and edits interactive video and audio assets for training and marketing purposes
• Convert existing concepts and plan into a finished piece of marketing collateral. The candidate will be equally capable of suggesting new ways in which video elements can enhance the overall marketing objectives of the company
• Translates ideas and concepts into video elements and implements them within each project. Works with technical staff to deliver technical concepts in creative and engaging ways
• Directly involved in every aspect of video production from scripting and storyboarding to video and audio capturing to non-linear editing and animation
• Conducts research to obtain necessary information; assists in planning story lines and writing scripts
• Schedules and coordinates multiple simultaneous projects from pre-production through post-production; preplans shoots to ensure required assets are available
• Acts as Producer/Director/Videographer in the field on assigned projects
• Makes technical and creative decisions regarding lighting, camera placement and movements, audio recording, and more
• Ingests footage into an organized workflow; edits and assembles final visual/audio program material; ensures consistency and relevancy to production; monitors technical quality of end product; coordinates with technical staff to obtain necessary asset for final product
• Maintains accurate records, logs and transcribes production activities
• Produces animations that complement other video content and enhances the key message

The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following:
• Well-organized, self-motivated, works well in a team environment and communicates effectively, especially on technical subjects
• Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Radio/TV/Film, Fine Arts, or related field and 1-3 years of experience operating video camera and editing equipment OR a minimum of 5 years’ experience operating video camera and editing equipment
• Knowledge of the storyboarding and scripting process
• Some technical skills in the area of audio and video equipment, set design and lighting
• Skilled in visualizing and shooting concepts effectively
• Experience using non-linear editing platforms and properly organizing projects
• Experience producing videos for educational or marketing purposes is desired
• Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form
• Ability to use both professional camcorder and DSLR a plus
• Experience shooting videos to assist in training a plus
• Some experience planning for and managing video production shoots including set composure, shot angles, and talent direction a plus
• Knowledge and experience with 2D and 3D animation is desirable
