TA Instruments maintains a large staff of in-house Service Specialists trained in all aspects of instrument repair. The features and benefits of the Service Shop includes the following:

• Instruments may be returned to the Service Shop for repair to save travel cost, for more extensive repairs, or for upgrades not available in the field.
• The Service Shop is staffed by professionally trained, expert Service Specialists who are uniquely qualified to repair any of our instruments.
• Only quality TA parts are used.
• Once a problem is corrected, the Service Specialist will verify system operation.

Before returning equipment for service, please complete the Hazard Evaluation Questionnaire and return it with the equipment.
